Editorial office of scientific magazine «Social and economic and humanitarian magazine» is guided by the principles of the declaration of Association of scientific editors and publishers (https://rasep.ru/sovet-po-etike/deklaratsiya) «Ethical principles of scientific publications» accepted at the general meeting of ANRI which took place on May 20, 2016.
«Social and economic and humanitarian magazine» is the magazine of open access. All its content is available to free use to natural persons and establishments. It is authorized to users to read, download, extend, copy, to print, look for or refer to full texts of articles and to use them in any other lawful purposes, except commercial, without preliminary permission of the publisher or the author.

Restraraunt Restrarauntis a response of the published article and the removal of the status of tscientific publication from this work. The editorial council withdraws the articles, being guided by the principles of the Committee on ethics of publications, in the following cases:
The responsibility of the parties
Authors: 1) adhere to the standard standards of the scientific reporting; 2) provide access to the data obtained by them; 3) represent original works, avoiding plagiarism and parallel publications in other editions; 4) confirm sources of the data; 5) publish results of researches which do not constitute danger to the person or animals; 6) do not create a situation of the conflict of interests; 7) if necessary correct fundamental errors in the published works.
The editors (members of an editorial board): 1) bearthe responsibility for everything that is published in the magazine; 2) undertake to pass the fair and impartial decisions which are not depending on commercial interests and to organize process of objective reviewing; 3) accept the editorial policy providing the maximum transparency and the full reporting before the author; 4) protect integrity of publications, bringing in need of correction, and give out reasonable refusals by what manuscripts do not correspond to research or publishing ethics; 5) protect the rights of the third parties from unauthorized use of materials; 6) regulate the editorial conflicts of interests; 7) critically estimate ethical standards of carrying out researches in public and animals; 8) provide awareness of authors and reviewers that from them is expected.
The reviewers: 1) participate in the formation of editorial policy; 2) observe the terms of reviewing of articles and confidentiality of estimates; 3) formulatethe response objectively and impartially, if necessary confirming the opinion with a reference to the source; 4) trace and stop the situation of the conflict of interests.
Publisher: 1) aspires to that advertizing, the reprint or other commercial interests will not influence the solutions of the edition; 2) provides the cooperation with other publishers and branch associations, including ethical problems, tracking of mistakes and the publication of denials.
