Fill out the Application form Attach a scanned copy of your passport (page with photo and data) and a scanned copy of the education document (if available) in the Application form |
Step 3 |
Pay the state fee for registration and issuance of invitations for entry into the Russian Federation for foreign citizens and stateless persons (800 rubles) |
Step 4 |
Wait for invitation letter from university After paying the state fee you will receive the answer that you are accepted and the invitation letter is issued to you. |
Step 5 |
Sign a preliminary training agreement |
Step 6 |
Apply to the Russian Consulate for an entry visa Do this after receiving the invitation letter from university |
Step 7 |
Confirm your educational documents in the established order (Consular legalization) |
Step 8 |
Obtain your visa and purchase your tickets |
Step 9 |
Send scanned copies of visa and tickets to otdel_omntp@mail.ru |
